We went to Jurong Lake Gardens hoping to find the Dog Run for Donut to have some fun. After a getting lost for a bit, we finally found the Dog Run and it was closed for renovations. Esther's new desk

We got Esther a new desk from Omnidesk which has an electric motor allowing the table top to move up and down. Here is a picture showing her setup with the Lenovo laptop connected to the eGPU and monitor. Looks really clean.

Decided to move from PostgreSQL to SQLite to make the website a bit more portable. Since I was using SQLAlchemy, this was pretty simple. Just change the DSN and it is mostly done. There were a bit of SQL statements that were a bit specific but some minor changes to the code and all was good.

Esther and I met at Suntec after her classes to buy a new desk for her. We had a wonderful meal at Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo which serves really nice ramen. Look at my ramen, there is a face in there.

The following is a snapshot of the hard disk prices from Cybermind. It is interesting to see that large capacity drives are not as expensive as I thought.
