Seat belt

We were at Ikea as Pauline needed some stuff for work. So we got ourselves a trolley and realised that there are seat belts for their child seat. Since our Ikea chicken wings are precious, we decided that they needed the seat belt :-)
Book signing

Esther wanted to go to a book signing by Gabby Tye and Elodie Kyra who are launching their new books. The book signing was supposed to start at 230pm but when we got there at 2pm, there was already a very long line. Esther finally managed to get her book signed at 350pm. What an experience 🙂
Jurong Lake Gardens

We brought Donut to Jurong Lake Gardens for a morning walk. The dog run is now opened and they have two part and Donut was so lucky to have one part to herself. Donut is not a very active dog. A couple of runs and she is tired.

I had a Apple BeatsX converted to have a 2 pin termination. But because the BeatsX was meant to be worn straight down, the wire was a bit too short and it did not have the memory wire bit. So it was a bit difficult to use properly. So I got a set of MMCX to 2 pin adapters for use with the Shure RMCE ...

Went to Changi Airport T3 to pick up Pauline from her Hong Kong trip and got myself a latte from Paris Baguette which came in this really cute cup.

Google Drive for OCR

Just realised that you can do OCR on images saved in Google Drive. Just save the image to Google Drive. In the web interface, right click and select “Open with” > “Google Docs” and it will be opened in Google Docs with the extracted text. Pretty simple and cool.

Got Pauline a Dyson Pure Cool Me personal purifier fan as her Vornado while effective was rather loud. The before and after swap pictures. She did not realised till the next morning 🙂
