Espresso machine

I have been hunting around for an espresso machine for a while and today I finally made the plunge to get a used Rocket R58 with a matching Fausto grinder. Oh the coffee it makes is excellent.

Our home made Yu Sheng which is loved by all in the family. Lots of crackers for Ernest and Esther. And lots of salmon for Pauline and Ernest.

Ernest turns 14

Our little Ernest is not so little anymore. To celebrate his birthday, we had a buffet dinner at Ginger at the Plaza hotel. He loved the lobsters.
