Loop is a iPad app that allows one to create simple animated GIFs like the ones we used to do on our textbook pages. Esther created the one below of a bouncing ball. I created the one below of a badminton match. Isn't it cool. The best part is that it is really simple. Kids should have no problems ...
I was hopping to catch this bird in flight so I waited with the camera aiming at him. But it seems to know and refuses to take off for the longest time. And when it did, I missed the shot :-( So what I had was couple of test shots of the bird and I thought that I might as well make the best of it.
Ever noticed the colorful staircases at Bugis? Wife and I only noticed them recently. They are kind of nice in a very retro kind of way.
Interesting close up of chili sauce. Ernest created the little hill using a french fry :-) Another one below which is perhaps a bit more interesting due to the reflection of light.
They say that the eyes are the window to the soul. Well for the following shot, it is more of a reflection of the world. Continuing on the subject of eyes, here is a shoot of Esther's playful eyes (the above image was also of her eye).
Took a long exposure shot from Kent Ridge Park.
Had some fun with the kids using the laser pointer and getting them to pose in different weird positions :-)
I really like macro photography. Zooming in on everyday objects and seeing something different is always very interesting to me. Here is a picture of water droplets condensing on a glass.
It has been quite a while seen we have been to Chinese Garden even though we live very close. Since the kids were not doing anything constructive, we headed to the playground within Chinese Garden for some fun before lunch.
Took out the OMD and had some fun at the dining area. Enjoy :-)
