Script to extract FASTA sequences

Wanted a very quick way to query a FASTA sequence and extract sub-sequences. Since samtools already does this, I could integrate with it via system calls but for large number of queries, this would be computational expensive. This was the first time the kids are at the Westgate playground. Which is rather interesting since we live rather close to the place. They had fun there and got stuck on the rock wall. They had no problems getting up and getting down was a different matter.

After the parachute making, Esther took the rest of the material and made a little guy out of aluminium foil, newspaper and scotch tape.
