We went to a arts flea market at the National Design Centre. It was rather interesting, with lots to see and buy.
Esther was interested in getting a cartoon of herself done, and Ernest joined in the fun. It was very nicely done.
We spent Sunday at Bras Basah Complex shopping at Popular and Art Friend. We then went to a art flea market at the National Design Centre before going over to Marina Square. After a tea break at Marina Square, we walked over to Marina Bay Sands. Along the way, we took the Helix Bridge and took some photos along the way.
Pauline and I were at Downtown East for her school cheerleading event. While she attended to her school kids, I took the opportunity to take a couple of photos with the intend of making a HDR panorama. The result is shown below:
The images were bracketed at 2 EV apart for 5 images and 7 different images taken with overlaps. The images were then loaded into Autopano Giga 3 for the stitching and HDR. Not a bad first attempt. There were some artefacts in the sky probably due to the differences in exposure. Autopano Giga 3 is dead easy to use.
The following is another HDR done in Nik HDR Efex Pro 2.
The HDR effect is a lot better here. Seems that a dedicated HDR software is still better.
Pauline and I had dinner at Marina Square as she was there after meeting with some friends. After dinner, I took the opportunity to take a couple of night shots of the Marina bay area.
These pictures were taken using long exposure with the EM-1 secured using a gorillapod hybrid. Quite sturdy for a little thing like that.
