Added a microphone

Got a cheap microphone (Maono PM422) for use with the online meetings. It comes complete with the mount and the arm so it is quite cheap. The sound is somewhat better but not a lot of difference. Could be the mic as I had to push the gain all the way to the max for it to pick up sounds. Quite strange.
