Chinese sashimi

This is a dish that we had since we were kids. It is Chinese raw fish. This is getting rather difficult to find but we had this at a chicken rice store in a coffeeshop at block 37 Jalan Rumah Tinggi. It is salty, spicy and sour which is quite refreshing.
